IHG Senior Sales Manager (Thai Only) in Thailand
Responsible for Corporate and Mice Room Sales for the hotel
Ensure accurate and timely updating of record of all relevant activities in the provided Sales System (i.e. Delphi; Opera; etc.) for future reference and control purposes
Designs/propose rates, promotion and package to develop and boost additional sales from the various market segments
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future business, activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular
basis – quarterly or more often if need to be acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients
Update Account and Contact profiles, attach Account plans, ensure ‘live’ information for action
Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community.
Perform other duties as assigned.
