Account Manager Wound Care - Region Jylland and Region Syd

Mölnlycke is looking for a competitive, team-oriented and trustworthy Account Manager Wound Care - Region Jylland and Region Syd within our Wound Care business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the business in the defined geographical area of region Syddanmark, region Midtjylland and region Nordjylland. Your focus will be on targeted accounts, key product solutions, and identifying sales opportunities to optimize both revenue and customer satisfaction. Your customer base will primarily consist of non-hospital settings, including nursing homes, home care units, and pharmacies.

Your commitment, clinical insights and commercial mindset creates the conditions for your own and our customers success. The role requires that you have a good understanding and knowledge of the health care industry's needs, motivation and way of thinking.

The position is home-based, ideally located in the Midtjylland area. It will involve daily travel, along with up to 30 overnight stays per year within the region.

What you’ll do:

You will report to the Sales Manager Post Acute Norway and Denmark, Wound Care and be:

  • Responsible for developing relationships with decision makers and other key stakeholders in order to reach agreed sales targets.

  • Responsible for developing and executing on account plans, in line with local strategies.

  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing a healthy pipeline to secure existing and develop new business.

  • Responsible for reporting and maintaining customer data, sales opportunities and activities in CRM.

  • Responsible for actively identify and provide input on competitive information to strengthen business intelligence.

  • Complaint handling according to Mölnlycke policy.

  • Responsible for executing on defined pretender and tender implementation plan.

  • Responsible for identifying and building relationships with local KOLs.

    What you’ll need

    Professional qualifications & experience

  • University degree, preferably in business or nursing

  • Preferred successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Wound care and/or med tech is seen as meritorious

  • Residence in Midtjylland region

  • Driving licence

  • Experience with IT systems such as MS Office, CRM tools or similar
