This is a part time (5-10 hours per week, flexible hours), on call and project request specific contract position.

Kinship’s mission is to support, educated and engage pet parents at every step along their journey as a single source of truth for pet care via expert advice, curated, customized content, and 24/7 access to licensed veterinarians, nutrition and behavior experts. We currently operate under a house-of-brands structure, with Kinship being the behind-the-scenes force that owns and drives our four consumer-facing brands: Adopt-a-Pet (adoption platform), The Wildest (content site with expert health, behavior, nutrition, etc advice), and The Kin (televet chat/app, record storage, personalized recommendation, PetExec (empowers organizations of all sizes to dedicate more time to what truly matters – pets)

Experience working with Google Ad Manager on geo-targeted display ad campaigns is a requirement

• Manage Adopt a Pet site display ads using Google Ad Manager (GAM)

• Load all partner and sister brand ads and initiate campaigns in Google Ad Manager, ensuring that ads are segmented correctly based on agreed-upon allocated share of voice (SOV)

• Manage ad targeting, including geo- and breed-specific ads

• Ensure that the proper tracking is in place on partner and sister brand ads, including DCM tags and/or UTM parameters, where applicable

• Serve as subject matter expert, advising on Google Ad Manager capabilities

• Tracking, reporting, and optimization

• Update display ad tracker to reflect the current ad SOV breakdown as changes are made (cadence: bi-weekly, and when changes are made in GAM)

• Product monthly display ad reports for Adopt a Pet marquee sponsors and sister brands

• Provide recommendations for ad creative and placement optimization based on performance, for the team to present to partners

• Rate card

• Create rate card for Adopt a Pet display ads, providing a breakdown of pricing across inventory

COMPENSATION

The New York, New York contract salary range for this position is $50-60 hourly, commensurate with experience.
