Cogent Infotech Administrative Assistant - II in United States
The contractor role is for Administrative Support on the Complaint Resolution Team.
The primary responsibility of this role will be supporting the Compliance Complaint Resolution Team with intake, distribution, and reporting functions and Compliance requirements as assigned.
This role will report to the Senior Associate, Complaint Resolution Team Manager.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Log life, pre-need, and legacy life policies, annuities, and agent complaints in the database, including uploading documents to the database and SharePoint files.
Extract data from the database to compile daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
Draft and print/mail acknowledgement letters.
Create SharePoint folders for each case and ensure all documents are saved appropriately for the Analysts to access.
Distribute complaint responses and close the case in the database.
Work with regulatory agencies to update/correct contact information.
Assist Analysts with document retrieval from administrative systems.
Recent Bachelor's or Associate's Degree within the past 1-2 years
Recent internship and/or office working experience a plus.
Solid MS Excel and data entry skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management skills and able to work independently.
