Job Description

The purpose of this role is to perform Finance Activities to ensure timely and accurate Financial & Tax Reporting for Sucampo Pharma LLC.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with month end process, payroll and accrual journals.

  • Processing Supplier Invoices

  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations as required.

  • Assist with Financial statements preparation and year end audit.

  • Prepare Intercompany billing, receipts, and payables invoices.

  • Assist the team with legal, trade and tax compliance.

  • Continuously improve finance systems and processes.

  • Support Manager on projects as required.

  • Support Operations and Quality organisations as required.

  • Other Ad-hoc tasks

Minimum Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Entry Level Accounting, studying for Accounting Degree

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong problem resolution

  • Strong systems skills

  • Team-player;

  • Challenging, a 'can do' mentality;

  • Work well under pressure.

  • Self-starter with strong analytical, innovative and achievement capabilities,

Organizational Relationship/Scope:

This role is a member of the operations Finance Team and reports to the Manager, Sucampo Pharma LLC.

Working Conditions : Office or remote role.
