Job Description
The purpose of this role is to perform Finance Activities to ensure timely and accurate Financial & Tax Reporting for Sucampo Pharma LLC.
Essential Functions
Assist with month end process, payroll and accrual journals.
Processing Supplier Invoices
Prepare monthly account reconciliations as required.
Assist with Financial statements preparation and year end audit.
Prepare Intercompany billing, receipts, and payables invoices.
Assist the team with legal, trade and tax compliance.
Continuously improve finance systems and processes.
Support Manager on projects as required.
Support Operations and Quality organisations as required.
Other Ad-hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills:
Entry Level Accounting, studying for Accounting Degree
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem resolution
Strong systems skills

Organizational Relationship/Scope:
This role is a member of the operations Finance Team and reports to the Manager, Sucampo Pharma LLC.
