Oversees all community-based programming across Cook and Lake counties, including all food access programs and services. Operating oversight includes: - Community centers - Parish-based ministries - Mobile response units - Community meals - Senior meal delivery Partnership cultivation and cross-functional collaboration - Cross-functional leader and partner, internally and externally, in bringing together immediate client needs, community partnerships, programs with high levels of volunteer staffing, . . . - Partnering closely with Mission Engagement on volunteer service and staffing - Partnering closely with Rapid Response team … - Partnering closely with Charities Hub and across all Charities client-facing programs Team Building - Lead multiple teams towards shared goals; coach and develop team members, cultivate a sense of shared purpose PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
