Prestige Toyota of Ramsey is seeking an experienced F&I candidate to join our team! We have an immediate opening for the right person who is a self-driven team player that can produce. Compensation packages can reach up to $200k+ plus benefits!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be willing & understand need to engage customers early in the sales process

  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectables

  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process

  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position

  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals

  • Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale

  • Produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years Automotive Finance experience in a Dealership setting REQUIRED

  • CDK experience a huge plus!

  • Documentation of current and past performance

  • Bilingual a plus!

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
