What You'll Do
As a key player in our team, you will:
Analyze complex sales and service data to uncover trends and patterns, translating them into actionable insights for process enhancement.
Craft and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor and drive sales and service excellence.
Engage in collaborative efforts with diverse teams to refine workflows, improve communication, and address operational challenges.
Facilitate the seamless integration and adoption of new sales and service technologies, championing user engagement and proficiency.
Perform meticulous audits to uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity within our operational systems.
