Lowe's Central Teams Quality Assurance Supervisor in United States

Essential Functions:

• Ensure execution of Central Teams Quality Assurance program activities within established guidelines and measure of success by working closely with internal customers (e.g. CPO) as subject matter experts/advisor's to develop quality expectations and an appropriate approach to achieve goals.

• Lead and attend regular meetings with business solutions, partnering with the Central Quality Assurance Manager to verify programs are executed to the specifications defined through the program planning and development process providing input and recommendations.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Central Teams Quality by managing a team of specialist focused on delivering consistent and valuable quality assurance activities, communicating and executing business goals, delegating project appropriately to specialist.

• Manage team workloads, time off request, scheduling, project and assignment of work, managing the sampling of audit requirements, monitor specialist work, to include regular reviews of audits being completed, providing guidance where needed.

• Ensure calibration across supervisor and specialist on various quality assurance audit and test specifications and guidelines; overseeing execution of process, procedures, and guidelines to ensure operations team are delivering accurate, high quality service (e.g. building evaluation criteria, back-checking audit reports, team performance;

• Identifying key drives that are negatively impacting the team such as system issues, process gaps, or guideline gaps and develop effective solutions.

• Monitor real time and historical team performance and engagement by determining training needs for new specialist and working to address to meet individual career and personal goals. Identify and addressing team performance needs; providing regular feedback and development opportunities to direct reports; ensuring consistent administration of performance management

• Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; developing work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; determining and carrying out processes and methodologies; coordinating and delegating resources to accomplish organizational goals; partnering internally and externally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating high priority issues or risks as appropriate; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required

• 4 years experience in retail organization with progressive responsibility.

• 1 year experience leading a team on a complex project or program without direct report authority. Experience working on mulitple projects or programs at the same time. Experience gathering and analyzing business performance quality, efficiency or effectiveness.

Preferences:

• 3 years Leadership experience with direct reporting responsibilities

• 2 years experience serving as a mentor or coach to a peer

Pay Range: $58,100.00 - $96,900.00 annually
