As a Construction Project Lead Senior within PNC's Design and Construction organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; or Phoenix, AZ.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

Position Overview:

A Construction Project Lead is a professional who leads and oversees a construction project, and works with Engineers and Architects, and other vendors to develop a plan, create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure timely completion and within budget.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

o Responsible for setting and managing expectations, developing a detailed project plan, assist in defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks, manage and mitigate these risks and assigning team members/departments to specific tasks.

o Establish clear lines of communication and ensuring all team members are working towards achieving the project goals and objectives.

o An experienced owner's representative recognizes when project costs are too high or low and will look for opportunities where the schedule and budget can be brought back into line.

Job Description

  • Owns the management of time, money, and people for multiple construction projects to ensure that organizational needs are met; Oversees project plans and contractor performance.

  • Manages multiple construction projects and cooperates with in-house service partners; reviews and evaluates construction workflow processes and makes appropriate adjustments to meet quality standards and clients' requirements. May review and quality check the work of others.

  • Develops project plans in conjunction with the architect, consultants and other in-house groups, sets project schedules and allocates resources that are in line with project goals; determines and orders purchase materials for project.

  • Maintains cost control for the project and monitors project related commitments so that approved spending limits are not exceeded. If cost change is warranted, completes request for additional funding prior to making the change.

  • Manages contractors, supply vendors and consultants based on established contract terms in order to keep the project on time and on budget.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $74,750.00 – $139,150.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
