Customer/ Vehicle Support Specialist Location: Auburn Hills, MI Duration: 1-2 months with possible extension Description: Support Client Dealership operations for business system support. Capture subjective customer complaints. Vehicle repair order creation. Responsible for dispatch of vehicles to technicians for repair. Provide status to customers regarding vehicle repair and service. Maintain loaner vehicles for PE and Lease customer. Requirements: High School Diploma, bachelors degree is a Big Plus 1-5 years of customer service experience in Automotive Industry Dealership experience could be a plus. General vehicle knowledge Understanding of dealership operations Proficient with computer systems, including MS Office applications.
