Overview

As a Director, HRBP – Commercial and Corporate here at Foundever you will have an opportunity to shape and drive our people teams through complex business partnerships and business situations. You will act as a consultant to our commercial and corporate leadership teams by delivering strategic insights on talent movement and guiding organizational development for your business partners.

This position will also partner with the talent acquisition and talent management teams to provide guidance on internal equity, recruiting strategy, and will lead a team of professional talent acquisition specialists who are responsible for hiring in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with internal clients to provide strategic People and HR guidance.

  • Partner with leadership and business teams to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs.

  • Assess and build leadership capability across all levels.

  • Guide and coach leaders on all aspects of talent management and effectiveness formally and informally (TA, career development, talent review, performance).

  • Gather data and provide trend analysis and solutions to address potential issues.

  • Coach and partner with various levels of management on ways to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity, engagement, and retention.

  • Partner with team members across the company to ensure a highly effective and collaborative workplace.

  • Provide insight and support for team changes, workforce planning, and succession planning.

  • Conduct employee relations investigations and make outcome recommendations.

  • Provide the necessary expertise or effectively partner in the areas of Organizational Design, Employee Relations, and Compensation.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HR professionals.

  • Provide guidance on role scope and role levels.

  • Execute company-wide programs, including annual performance and compensation cycles, engagement survey data gathering and action planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.

  • Working knowledge and ability to work cross-functionally in all areas of HR, including compensation, benefits, operations.

  • Strong HR people management experience.

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering and advising executive leadership.

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities within an organization.

  • Strategic and analytical mindset.

  • Capable of building trusting relationships and developing organizational capabilities within supported teams.

  • Ability to drive results and prioritize and communicate priorities to the team.

  • Experience maintaining confidential and highly sensitive information.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.

Salary Range

The base pay range for this position in the United States is $135,000 - $155,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
