Functional Solution Analyst - Data Management Location: Deerfield, IL/Remote Duration: 1-2 months with possible extension Description: Prepare functional design of the solutions to adhere to the architecture and data standards.. Assist in planning, configuration and implementation tasks as required.. Establish and communicate strategies for migration to and use of new or emerging technologies. Work with the project teams to prepare for final production readiness. Participate in cross functional teams to promote functional strategies, analyze and test products. Conduct solution design from requirements determination to design and development to testing and support. Model functional solutions architecture, working closely with the technical architecture team in delivering an overall solution architecture . Develop and refine the functional approach, data flow, and data mapping design requirements and create the functional specifications to support those requirements as required. Conduct planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design 13+ years of experience Overview of what your team does and why you’re looking to bring on a contractor: Develop data pipelines and transformation to support analytics and ad hoc queries. Additional projects approved to extract and curate new data or remediate for changes to existing require additional capacity. Specifically for this role, looking for assistance with functional requirements and testing of the application. Typical workday & overview of the project that this contractor will be working on: Leverage Azure stack such as Data Factory to bring new data into the cloud data lake and transform it for consumption. Top must-have skills you’re looking for?
