Qualifications:

• Experience as a General Manager REQUIRED

• Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful teams.

• Solid working knowledge of computers and systems.

• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Successful background in financial/budgeting role.

The CA base salary range for this full-time position is $84,006-$215,995 . This position is eligible for commission, performance incentives, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary range for new hire rates for the position across all CA locations.Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in CA role postings reflect the base rate only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
