What We Need:

We’re seeking an experienced Graphic Design Support Specialist. Design of digital display ads, email newsletters, desktop and mobile contest and landing pages, printed collateral, website and social media graphics, logos, identity and brand assets, onsite events materials, POS displays and a variety of other digital marketing materials.

What You'll Do:

iHeartMedia is in search of a well-rounded Graphic Designer who is self-motivated . This creative individual will be able to work quickly and efficiently and consistently deliver high quality, innovative solutions under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks, triage, work both independently and as part of a creative/marketing team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, the design and creation of digital display ads, desktop and mobile social media graphics, printed collateral, logos, identity and brand assets, onsite events materials, POS displays and a variety of other digital marketing materials.

What You'll Need:

Required Skills

  • Portfolio exhibiting a mix of digital and print, including digital marketing work, logo design, branding and identity, display ads, website, and responsive design.

  • Exceptional design skills with the ability to utilize design principles and best practices to effectively communicate marketing and sales messaging.

  • Ability to conceptualize and create high-end, stimulating, and communicative web and print graphics

  • Ability to use internal administrative tools and CMS to manage content, manage assets, and create contest & landing pages.

  • Ability to shift gears quickly and adapt to changing strategy and objectives while staying resilient and maintaining a great attitude.

  • Ability to manage time and work with a sense of urgency to complete multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Ability to set up and/or update existing Photoshop files and export the graphics for use on the web, print or in video.

  • Proficient in photo editing, retouching, and color correction.

  • Familiarity with the use and manipulation of stock photos.

  • Ability to work in on a cross-functioning team, sharing projects, knowledge and experience.

  • Be in-tune with the latest trends, industry news, inspiring design sites and blogs.

  • Video editing skills a plus

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment

  • Experience working as part of a team, independently, and under close direction

  • Passion for pop culture and the entertainment industry is a plus

  • Experience with project management software, such as Wrike, is a plus

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
