What You'll Be Doing

Job Scope: The HR Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Must have experiece with Workdy HCM implemntation and WorkDay Learning. Develop detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate project resources and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Must have experience with Workday HCM implementation and Workday Learning.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field

Experience: This position requires 3-5 years experience in HR. Must have experience with Workday HCM implementation and WorkDay Learning

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
