JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the Manager, IS Programs, the Interface Engineer is responsible for system integration coordination & administration of integrated systems, modules & integration applications. The position has overall responsibility for integration project installations & implementations, as assigned. Responsible for organizational integration technologies & platforms, interface configuration in a multi-system integration environment with packaged application customization, & custom integration development, with integration programming, analysis, coding, design, development, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, application programming & solution analysis, support, maintenance & troubleshooting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Demonstrated experience in multiple software products, languages and databases, experience with applications such as Sun Products (E-gate, ICAN, JCAPS), Cloverleaf, Quovodax, Neon, etc.

Must be able to work under pressure, following a plan and balancing competing requests by priority

Strong problem solving skills

Strong customer service and team focus is required.

Significant experience in integration technologies and platforms, interface configuration in a multi system, integration environment with packaged application customization, and custom integration development, with integration programming, analysis, coding, design, development, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, application programming and solution analysis, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Documented experience in HL7 and other IEE/integration standards.

Demonstrated leadership skills and team focus

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office applications required.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree

Integration experience with previous integrated Healthcare Information systems with emphasis on Clinical and Financial, EMR applications/systems (Epic, Meditech, Cerner, etc.)

Significant experience in applicable and various development technologies and platforms, and diverse experience level in data communication technologies in a multi system-environment.

Knowledge of process/workflow engineering.

One or more certifications in applicable Epic module.

The expected hiring range for this position is $50.43 to $69.35
