Location: Bengaluru, India Onsite work required Full Time role Job Summary: The IT Manager role is a senior-level position responsible for providing IT Leadership at the Dexcom India site. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing IT staff, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
· IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals, in conjunction with the wider IT Team.
· Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and security of IT systems, networks, and data.
· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT team, providing technical guidance and support.
· Security & Compliance: Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and comply with industry standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and any accreditations such as ISO27001.
· System Administration: Monitor and maintain servers, databases, cloud services, and IT assets.
· Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT products and services.
· Helpdesk Support: Ensure timely IT support for employees, troubleshooting technical issues. Follow up on unresolved tickets and compile KPI data to demonstrate the performance of IT support relevant to the site.
· Software & Hardware Management: Oversee the installation, upgrading, and licensing of software and hardware.
· Project Management: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
· Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage IT budgets and optimize expenses for technology needs.
· Any other tasks, projects and activities as directed by senior IT Management Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Several years of experience in an IT Management role.
· Certifications such as ITIL v4, CISSP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
· Working knowledge of ITSM is important, experience in ServiceNow ITSM desirable
· Solid knowledge of IT networking concepts, IT hardware platforms and related topics.
· Knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
