Honeywell Lead Channel Sales Representative in United States

Honeywell Industrial Automation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Channel Sales Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects and activities. You will work closely with Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Distributors to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. Your role will involve reviewing project status and budgets, resolving Channel Sales issues, and monitoring project progress. As a Lead Channel Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality, and achieving customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all Channel Sales activities, ensuring effective coordination and execution.

  • Take ownership of Channel Sales projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Foster collaboration and alignment between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Distributors to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting project progress, challenges, and recommendations.

  • Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve targets.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is <$109,000 - $136,000>. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is <$125,000 - $156,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
