ManpowerGroup Manager, Business Operations Enablement in United States

Purpose

• The primary purpose of the Manager, Business Operations Enablement is to partner with business operational leaders and teams to find long term solutions for business needs all in line with the Common Business Process Model. The manager leads a team of Enablement professionals with expertise relevant to enablement needs within the organization including but not limited to Process Design, Change Management, Project Management and Knowledge Management, The manager serves as Lead Enablement Partner and acts as mentor and coach for the enablement team and other seconded resources within the function.

Making an Impact

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

• Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to gain insights into various business functions.

• Analyze existing business operational processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings using Lean process design concepts.

• Lead the design and implementation of long-term solutions to address and identified business needs.

• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

• Serves as Lead Enablement Partner on transformational projects

• Responsible for intake for new enablement initiatives, prioritizes requests and manages a backlog of work. Seeks insights from Business Operations SLT on functional and brand priorities.

• Assigns work to team members, responsible for capacity planning and workload balancing.

• Reports on Enablement activities and ensures key stakeholders are regularly informed.

• Coaches, Mentors and Develops team members, actively involved in efforts of team members to ensure consistent and high impact results.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.

• 7 years of proven experience in business process optimization, business consulting, or a related role. Preference will be given to candidates with certification(s) in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and/or Change Management

• Proven experience leading and coaching others.

• Excellent project and change management skills with a track record of successful solution implementation

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, Black Belt), Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (ie Prosci)

• Masters Degree in Business Administration
