Manager Engineering Services - BCD
What are my accountabilities?
People management - build and develop the capability of the engineering team to enable delivery of services so that Sedgwick delivers and improves customer and client satisfaction
Provide direct technical guidance to team with complex claims as needed
Accurate reporting/analysis and performance management to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for business
Engage with clients in providing and receiving performance feedback and look to increase sales
About you:
Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering and relevant State registration (RPEQ, RPEV, Professional Engineer as per DPA NSW)
Experience in a consultancy based civil and structural engineering field
Experience in the investigation and assessment of building and structural defects, failures and repair methodology
