We are looking for a new team member in Hägendorf in the role as
Manufacturing Engineer – Finish Processes (m/w/d) 80-100%
Location : Hägendorf
Type of Contract : permanent employment
Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availability
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Production Support: Be the go-to expert for all production-related activities, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth data analysis to optimize manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity in our medical device production.
Troubleshooting: Swiftly identify and resolve issues in manufacturing processes to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
Technical Documentation: Develop clear and concise technical documentation and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
Process Improvement Proposals: Proactively suggest and design improvement projects that drive innovation and operational excellence.
Implementation of Improvements: Lead the implementation of process improvements, ensuring they are executed effectively and deliver measurable benefits.
New Production Introductions: Support the introduction of new production lines and products, contributing to the seamless integration into existing operations.
Non-Conformance Handling: Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions (NC/CAPA) to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Engineering Degree (FH/Uni, Bachelor or Master), preferably in the field of Manufacturing, Production or Mechanical Engineering
3-7 year experience in related industries
General knowledge of manufacturing technologies (machining, welding, heat treatment, finishing, etc)
Affinity to data and data analysis
Experience in regulated industry environment like medical devices would be a plus
Good knowledge of commonly used MS Office tools
Knowledge of methods for process optimization and Six Sigma certification are a plus
Language: German and English
