Mölnlycke is now looking for a Price and Master Data Specialist.
Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to think on your feet. You’ll be performing regular data entry, updates, and maintenance tasks to keep master data current and reliable. All the while keeping our business priorities digitalisation, customer centricity, and sustainability at the heart of what you do.
The purpose of the role is to actively support data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll be directly involved in guiding and shaping our data management processes through daily hands-on tasks and close collaboration with a multi-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular data entry, updates, and maintenance to ensure our master data is accurate and up to date.
Be the go-to person for inputting and updating data in our systems, ensuring everything is correct and current.
Work closely with various departments to meet their data needs and support their operations.
Identify and implement improvements in data management processes to enhance efficiency.
Ensure all data management activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Provide training and support on data management practices to colleagues.
Generate and distribute data quality reports.
Act as SME for systems or processes.

What you’ll need:
Degree in business or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant administrative role
Excellence in Microsoft Office and SAP
Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French – preferably fluency in all 3 languages
