Position Description:

RF Software Developer is mainly responsible for:

• Software designing and implementation on embedded real-time platforms

• Analyzing and solving complex engineering problems and hitches in radio technologies area

• Creating and reviewing requirements and functional, design and interface specifications based on system and HW specifications

• Working outside of own SW area regarding technical issues (e.g. close cooperation with HW team)

• Cooperation with system architects and other stakeholders involved during maintenance phase


• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering or similar

• Experience in 5G is a plus

• Experience in creating software architecture, redesigning

• Experience with RTOS/Linux and related development.

• Familiar with CPRI/Obsai, experienced in the C++ (>3+ years)

• Familiar with Radio products especially the RF units

• Good mindset in troubleshooting and debug skills

• Basic concept about RAN architecture

• Experience of working with DFE/RFIC

• Experience with JIRA/Pronto/Gerrit and related tools

• Basic operation skill for RF related test equipment

• Basic RF performance and system concept

• Be familiar with UT framework
