ICONMA, LLC Risk Analyst (risk control framework) in United States

Location: Plano, TX/ Pennington, NJ/ Atlanta, GA/Hybrid Duration: 12 months We are looking for an individual to apply internal control discipline and operational excellence practices to technology risks and controls. Activities include:

  • Support technology teams in remediating, identifying, debating, and documenting risks and remediation plans.

  • Support technology teams in the delivery and validation of requested artifacts.

  • Support technology teams in setting up sustainable routines and tracking solutions.

  • Partner with the Technology Managers and their teams to ensure sustainability routines are performed in accordance with defined processes.

  • Support Technology Management in audit and exam activities.

  • Assist in risk issue management activities and escalations. Maintain effective and professional relationships with key business stakeholders and risk partners.

  • Act as an ambassador of the risk culture.

  • Oversee execution of Risk Assessments

    Required (hard) skills/experience

  • 5+ years of risk management and LOB/ECF experience.

  • Excellent MS-Office skills including PowerPoint (for presentations), Excel (for manipulating large amounts of data) and Word.

  • Experience in the identification, documentation, debate, and escalation of risk.

    Preferred skills/experience

  • Nice to Have: CISA, CRISC, CISM or CISSP

  • Solid understanding of a risk control framework (i.e., inherent risks, control procedures, residual risk, etc.)

  • Strong ability to analyze metrics and data to identify thematic issues / areas requiring improvement.

  • Understanding of Global Records Management, Business Continuity and Recovery, Information Security, Application Management, and Change Management programs, principles and application in a technology setting.

  • Understanding of the business controls and compliance functions and the partnership required to be effective.
