Job Overview
Salary Range: $105K - $120K (Depending on Experience)
This position is a full-time remote opportunity.
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for creating sales enablement strategies and programs that effectively drive revenue and decrease time to productivity for new sales and strategic account managers.
As the Sales Enablement Manager, the following duties, and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:
Develop onboarding programs that help new and existing sales executives and strategic account managers become proficient in the solution portfolio, key differentiators, and value proposition, while improving productivity.
Build and manage repeatable and scalable enablement programs and strategies across multiple audience and delivery platforms.
Build effective sales tools and high-impact collateral working with marketing to support prospect and client engagements.
Partner with Sales and Strategic Account Management to identify business needs and skill gaps, uncover opportunities, and develop best-practice based programs to accelerate performance.
Proactively and independently manage the full development life cycle of enablement programs from inception through delivery.
Measure program KPIs, report to key stakeholders and iterate programs based on results.
Requirements for our Sales Enablement Manager:
5 + years of sales enablement, product, or solution marketing experience
Experience owning a product/ solutions or product line, with ownership for go-to-market, and positioning a plus
Ability to create, rollout, and train new sales tools
Ability to communicate clearly to both internal and external partners
