It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely 100% of the time and will share a hoteling workspace if/when working onsite, as determined by business needs. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere in FNBO’s 8 state footprint.

About This Role:

Job Overview

The Sales Support Associate is a member of the Sales Team reporting to Sales Leadership. Active engagement with Company Leadership, Account Executives and Sales Engineers, the Sales Support Associate is responsible for company forecast report generation, supporting RFP responses and coordination of Customer contract documentation. This includes preparing Contracts and Addendums to Service Orders. Sales Support Associate will monitor ServiceNow tickets for required Sales actions, drafting Addendums as required to facilitate customer requests. Sales Support Associate will be asked to assist Sales Executives with coordination of RFP responses and administration of Loopio. Sales Support Associate is the company SalesForce administrator, report developer and support focal. Additionally, the Sales Support Associate will interface with company marketing team to develop SalesForce data pulls to support company campaigns.

Candidates for this position must have experience with Windows or Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), be able to work independently, with a sense of urgency, with attention to details, and always on the lookout for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft contract documents with consistency and uniformity which will transfer into customer billing

  • Monitor ServiceNow Sales Queue and action Sales Tasks engaging Sales Engineers and drafting documents as required

  • Assist Sales Teams with coordination and completion of RFPs and application of Loopio

  • Track outstanding contract documents

  • Work with SalesForce Team to submit change requests and coordinate regular dialog

  • Write and maintain process documentation for Sales functions

  • Assist Sales Team with research and reports as required or requested by customer

  • Assist Finance with research as requested

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team onboarding new customers efficiently with standard processes

  • Occasional after hours and weekend support

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Job Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentations)

  • Experience working with RFPs, response management solution experience, Loopio preferred

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Paralegal experience preferred

  • Strong tendencies toward Structure, Process, Predictable, Practical Thinker

  • Experience with SalesForce administration required

  • Experience with CMDB process; ServiceNow preferred

  • Team Player

  • Lives in Omaha preferred, Lincoln, Des Moines, Kansas City optional

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $86,340.00-$142,460.00

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
