Overview: As a Principal Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, development, architecture, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business success. Your expertise in leading teams, driving DevOps practices, and ensuring compliance with security and data governance will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Salesforce landscape.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and high-quality standards.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business strategy.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and ensuring adherence to development best practices.

  • Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure maintainable, high-quality code.

  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, recommending new features and improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce applications and integrations.

  • Drive the adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices for deployments, testing, and monitoring.

  • Manage complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

  • Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance best practices.

  • Lead change management efforts, including documentation, training, and user adoption of new solutions.

    Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Extensive experience designing scalable Salesforce architecture, including complex integrations, security models, and data models.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Salesforce DX, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven Salesforce solutions (e.g., Salesforce Einstein) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in leading development teams through full development lifecycles, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices.
