As the Senior E-commerce Channel Manager, you will develop and lead the strategies necessary to grow our B2B and DTC channels. You will establish and manage a digital platform to serve our distributor & wholesale network, while leveraging the business infrastructure to expand our Direct-to-Consumer presence. Reporting to the VP of ECommerce, we ask that you have E-commerce expertise, strategic planning and digital marketing skills, and the ability to collaborate with all partners.

You Will:

  • Develop action plans to grow revenue and margin across our existing websites, setting clear goals and KPIs to monitor performance including traffic, CTR, conversion, and customer acquisition.

  • Lead the process to define and implement our future e-commerce platform to promote B2B and D2C growth goals, and to provide best-in-industry customer experience

  • Lead paid search, display, and media plans in collaboration with Marketing Agencies and our internal Marketing team, ensuring we hit our ROAS goals, including ownership over ad spend across multiple platforms.

  • Work with IT and Marketing to implement new digital experience programs, integrate technologies, and enhance platforms, ensuring optimization of user experience.

  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to ensure we sustain digital leadership across B2B and D2C online properties.

  • Partner with Marketing and Product on the development of promotions and on-site engagement to guide visits and sales.

  • Enhance the online shopping journey by optimizing the checkout process, navigation, and search functionality and monitor customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns.

  • Implement personalization strategies to tailor the shopping experience based on customer behavior and preferences.

You Have:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7-10 years in ecommerce and / or digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry and managing B2B platforms.

  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and online payment gateways.

  • Experience defining and testing guest experience principles, information architecture and usability testing methodologies.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

  • Experience managing paid search; hands-on experience building, launching, setting-up accounts across multiple search engines including AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, and/or Bing.

  • Knowledge in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to extract insights and guide decision making

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  • Understanding of B2B features and functionality – Search, Order methods, check-out, carts, punchout etc.

  • Experience managing people and leading teams.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
