Must have skills: Attention to detail, graphic design, communications, adobe creative suite (Illustrator & Photoshop), experience working with executives Teachable skills: Project management, google slides Optional skills: animation/video Responsibilities Develop and design compelling executive-level presentations that translate key business concepts into clear visuals for ease of audience understanding and buy-in Incorporate Client brand and tone of voice across all content and stay consistent within those guidelines Work at a fast pace on multiple projects without compromising quality Establish messaging hierarchy and supportive infographics, such as charts, graphs, diagrams, etc., into a presentation deck to drive the intended dialogue and desired outcome Manage key stakeholder relationships with strong executive presence Be responsible for editing, spell checking, and proofing deliverables so that they are presentation ready Balance multiple projects simultaneously for various internal stakeholder and meet all deadlines Design & maintain overall brand & visual identity strategy for audiences Keep digital files clean with neatly organized layers Maintain all designs in an asset library, and update and archive regularly Qualifications +/- 5 year experience in graphic design, storytelling or visual communications role Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline required Possess strong technical skills including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) Google Suite, Powerpoint, Figma An exceptional eye for detail with a strong understanding of layout and design fundamentals (imagery, layout, balance, composition) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Experience with brand & identity standards and the ability to guide others within those standards Must have strong presentation skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret creative direction, and a willingness to learn Sharp attention to detail in design is a must Candidates must include a portfolio of work with their application As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
