You will be joining the Product Development function within our Commercial Building Service (CBS) division. We are responsible for all development activities and the future innovations of 2 key product groups: MAGNA and MIXIT.

You will be part of an agile cross-functional team of skilled and dedicated engineers and technicians. The position is located at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark.

“We are looking for an experienced Engineer with mechatronic skills as we are expanding our development function to be able to support all the business requirements,” says Senior Manager, Charlotte Jensen.

What is the job about?

You will be responsible for designing the mechanical part of the control box like composite parts, cooling profiles, user interfaces, etc.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • develop a robust mechanical design with a focus on tolerance chains

  • ensure the best possible construction in cooperation with HW and SW designers

  • documentation of the solutions

  • accomplish an effective producibility design with tools like design for assembly and manufacturing

  • plan and coordinate schedules both internally across teams and externally with suppliers for timely component deliveries

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar with +5 years of experience with product development preferably from a multi-domain environment.

Furthermore, we imagine that you will bring:

  • experience working with drawings, e.g. CATIA

  • extensive material knowledge within composite, metals and preferable electronics

  • additive manufacturing capabilities are a plus

  • well founded in process practices from drawing to production

  • familiar with working with many different stakeholders in a large global organization as well as external suppliers

  • proficient in English
