JOB TITLE: Senior Product Manager: Cloud Provider Data Management
JOB LOCATION: Company Headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts 01803 . REMOTE EMPLOYMENT AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION. CAN TELECOMMUTE FROM ANY LOCATION IN THE UNITED STATES.
REQUIRED TRAVEL: 10% - 15% domestic travel required .
REQUIRED HOURS: Full-time .
REQUIRED DUTIES:
Contribute to the development of a next-gen, cloud-based SaaS offering for the Provider Data Management market.
Work directly with health plans, agile engineering teams, and other internal functions to define and manage vision, business requirements, and use cases for the SaaS solution to ensure a successful product launch.
Develop a deep understanding of market needs and use cases, and represent the needs of the market when defining, designing,andbuilding product features.
Evangelize market needs both internally and externally to obtain buy-in and drive industry adoption.
Work directly with customers on business needs, requirements, and quantified business cases
Assistin defining the product roadmap by prioritizing requests from both external and internal stakeholders, with key focus onidentifyingopportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
Lead and define high-level business requirements, non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for select product areas.
For broader initiatives within the organization, prioritize and coordinate delivery of multiple product features across multiple engineering teams.
Lead grooming sessions with assigned engineering scrum teams.
Lead the commercialization of key aspects of the solution working with Product Marketing and related functions.
Demonstrate completed product features to both internal and external key stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelorof Science in Computer Science,Information Technology,or a closely related field(foreign equivalent is acceptable)plus7years ofemployment experience.
Employment experience must include:
A minimumof3yearsofdemonstratedemployment experiencemanaging cloud-based solutions.
A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated employment experience and skills in data management technologies, databases, and data analytics.
A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated employment experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, including all related processes such as story mapping, requirements writing, prioritized backlogs, product ownership within a scrum team.
A minimum of 7 years ofdemonstratedemployment experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex customer relationships.
A minimum of5years ofdemonstratedemployment experiencein healthcare.
