Senior Project Manager II - Level Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Description: Manages the day-to-day activities of one complex project or multiple business-sponsored IT projects to deliver tasks on time, within budget, and within scope. Responsible for the success of the project Responsible for managing, directing and planning one complex or multiple less complex projects-Develops and manages all key project governance documents, such as the Project Charter, Workplan, Communications Plan, and Risk Mitigation Strategy Manages to the project budget, and reports project cost information in an accurate and timely manner Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances Monitors and reports tangible and intangible benefits, and conducts team and individual end-of-project performance reviews Verify able High School Diploma or GED Required Yes Job responsibilities include: Duties Internal and external meeting scheduling, development, and coordination Documentation and tracking for internal and external meetings Management of executive reporting including presentation development and coordination of deliverables across cross-functional teams Project management support of special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership Other as directed by executive leadership Experience Must have experience with: Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel Project Management Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.-Project Management Professional certification preferred Experience in customer service preferred 5-7 years of experience As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
