Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, the Senior QA Engineer is responsible for coordinating quality assurance activities with business users and reporting consolidated testing status to business and IT stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users and program teams to shift QA left by understanding requirements and design high-level scenarios for configuration/development phase

  • Work with onshore and offshore teams (India based) to ensure and understand the requirements clearly and review their testing deliverables (manual & automated)

  • Ensure end-to-end (E2E) test validations for business functional features involving multiple workstreams by managing the direction, schedule, and prioritization

  • Keep track of implementation requirements (functional and non-functional) and track testing phases against Definition of Done of major program implementation.

  • Own end to end process of Quality Analysis and execution and will coordinate with internal and vendor resources for test case design, execution, defects tracking and status reporting.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science or Engineering)

  • Proven experience as a senior QA engineer/coordinator in a corporate or ERP consulting environment, with a minimum of 8 years of QA or project management experience

  • Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams and departments for functional and E2E testing

  • Be able to collaborate with Business users and stakeholders, vendors and other IT resources to ensure testability of applications during design phase

  • Provide needed trainings on test management tools and other QA processes for test design, execution and tracking

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to ERP applications and architecture, preferably Workday

  • Experienced in Smartsheet and Azure DevOps or any other test/project management tools

  • QA or PMP certification(s)

    Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $80,000 to $108,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.

    Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
