PamTen, Inc. ServiceNow Architect - Sr. Staff Systems Design Engineer in United States

You will build a solid foundation to support our business cases and future growth
You will ensure the right governance processes and operating model is in place
You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and auxiliary architecture teams to ensure enterprise design decisions align with ServiceNow best-practices
You will represent the ServiceNow platform team in IT Architecture Review Board and Solution Review Board ceremonies
You will ensure we are taking advantage of pre-built capabilities in order to minimize the amount of customization on the platform
You will create and maintain a detailed view of existing architecture
You will align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
You will lead the Platform Support and Development team in implementation of technical good practices, policies, procedures, configuration, and coding standards
You will provide architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new requirements and identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs
You will provide leadership and participate in implementing new requirements and applicable governance on the ServiceNow platform
You will stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
You will assess the ServiceNow platform performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security
