Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities The Project Integration Manager will be held accountable for the following: Recognizes Business units needs and assures project activities achieve those needs while meeting customer requirements. Drives actions to deliver projects on time and under budget performance while maximizing EBITDA generation. Provides technical and/or professional coordination and leadership in the execution of day-to-day program/project activities. Adherence to and continuous progress towards project improvement goals. He/she will be expected to use the best available methodologies for assuring that progress is obtained. Weekly reporting on status of projects. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops integrated project plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates for projects. Provides technical and/or professional coordination and leadership in the execution of day-to-day program/project activities. Collaborates with various functional departments (Operations, Finance, Commercial Sales, E&DC) to effectively utilize resources driving program execution. Coordinates with Commercial sales organization to facilitate new business opportunities with customer base. Oversees and/or coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data; to present comprehensive reports. Assists in establishing and implementing short- and long-range goals, objectives, and operating procedures. Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness; driving changes required for improvement. Communicates regularly with leadership regarding the status of current project initiatives; obtains guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives. Represents the organization to Customers.

Group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Knowledge of change management principles and practices. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. Mature & responsible work ethic Good judgment & high ethical standards Respect and appreciation for other Altium operational & support functions with recognition of their equally important role in achieving project objectives. Willingness to listen to customers and Altium team members, even when it means exposing his/her thinking to scrutiny of others. SKILLS AND ABILITY: BS degree required (Engineering or Technical Sciences). 5 + years experience in project management. 5 + years experience in blow or injection molding
