Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that enhance product positioning and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring that product messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with market needs. By leveraging customer insights and competitive intelligence and turning them into actionable strategies, the Senior Product Marketing Manager translates complex information into actionable strategies that lead to successful product launches and increased adoption throughout the customer journey.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans that ensure successful product launches and ongoing adoption.

  • Orchestrate impactful product launches and ongoing support: Align cross-functional teams to optimize strategies for both successful entry into the market and continuous support of existing product lines, maximizing adoption and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive product messaging and positioning: Partner with product and other teams to craft compelling product messaging that differentiates Wilson-s offerings and resonates with customers.

  • Create and manage marketing collateral: Produce high-quality sales enablement materials, promotional content such as case studies, video, website copy, and product updates for both internal and external use.

  • Strategic thinking and prioritization: Act as a strategic thinker, able to independently evaluate competing priorities, make informed decisions, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and alignment with business goals.

  • Demonstrate Agility: Adapt marketing strategies based on evolving market trends, customer needs, and company priorities.

  • Set and Track KPIs: Measure the success of product marketing initiatives, including launch performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Sales enablement: Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tools, resources, and messaging that empower teams to effectively engage customers at each stage of the buyer-s journey.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to understand competitive dynamics and inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies, and educate internal teams on market trends and competitor offerings to ensure alignment and strategic advantage.

  • Customer insights and segmentation: Lead efforts to gather customer feedback and develop personas, tailoring product messaging and targeting to key segments.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the central resource for program inquiries, facilitating timely responses and supporting strategic alignment across teams. Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive alignment and ensure effective execution of strategies.

  • Product presentations and events: Support product roadshows, customer summits, and other events, capturing the voice of the customer to inform product updates and strategic priorities.

  • Lead internal trainings: Communicate the value of new products and services to internal customer-facing teams.

  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey: Track and refine the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.

  • Content management: Manage a calendar for the creation and release of content, ensuring timely delivery of key materials.

  • Understand and display WLT-s values.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous working experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Manager or similar role.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Experience in market analysis and familiarity with go-to-market strategies.

  • Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights to inform product strategies and decision-making.

  • Experience in competitive intelligence and the ability to track and respond to market dynamics.

  • Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and differentiate product offerings

  • Familiar with various product marketing tactics.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytic tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with the Educational Market is a plus.

Education or Certification:

  • Bachelor-s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field OR equivalent experience.

  • Master-s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field preferred.

Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations. Anticipated Salary Range: $102,000 - $131,000.
