We need your ability to scour job descriptions and inspect candidate profiles to identify matches for open opportunities. Your sourcing skills and your knowledge of various sourcing technologies will be key to developing a pool of versatile candidates.

Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years of full lifecycle recruiting experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing is required.
The well qualified candidate will have more than five years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience across various technical and non-technical disciplines including skills in developing and executing strategic sources and recruitment plans.
Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.
