Job Description

Description:All In-Solutions is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Test Delivery Lead to join our team. The Test Delivery Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and success of software developed on the Pega Platform. Responsibilities include crafting comprehensive testing plans, mentoring junior testers, overseeing all aspects of the testing process, and leveraging expertise in various testing methodologies to guide development teams. Additionally, this role involves analyzing user requirements, developing test scripts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Resource Skillset:

  • Active IRS MBI clearance preferable

  • Possesses a strong grasp of various testing methodologies (e.g., functional testing, performance testing, security testing, automated testing)

  • Familiar with Pega or similar low-code COTS platforms testing suites, capabilities, and functionalities.

  • Agile implementation using Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred. More experience is required for non-degreed candidates.

  • Provides ongoing coaching and guidance to less experienced testers, fostering their professional development through knowledge sharing and hands-on experience.

  • Develops, maintains, and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products.

  • Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.

  • Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.

  • Serves as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.

  • Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.
