Description

onsemi is seeking a motivated Field Sales Engineer who wants to lead, manage and drive on business development in Vietnam market from initial customer contact, opportunity identification and working through revenue generation. The role includes:

  • Foster key relationships with customer engineering and procurement teams to generate opportunity funnel.

  • Understand customer needs and product requirements to develop and manage opportunities and ongoing projects.

  • Lead new business demand creation with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetration at customers R&D centres.

  • Drive market penetration and revenue growth for Vietnam market.

  • Orchestrate necessary engineering and marketing resources to drive NPI and future design in.

  • Collaborate with Business Units on competitive analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations
