IHG Food and Beverage Director - Six Senses Ninh Van Bay in Vietnam

As Director of Food & Beverage , I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
Develop and manage the food and beverage budget, including revenue and expense forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting.
Design and implement menus that meet the needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions of customers and guests.
Oversee food and beverage ordering, receiving, and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and optimal pricing.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate food and beverage staff, servers, and bartenders.
Oversee the development and implementation of food and beverage service procedures and standards that ensure high-quality, efficient, and consistent service.
Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, including training staff on safe food handling and storage practices.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events that drive F&B revenue.
Stay up-to-date with food and beverage industry trends, new product developments, and emerging technologies that can improve F&B operations.
Establish purchasing practices that meet the requirements of the Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
Constantly assess Menus and Wine Lists to remain relevant and in line with Eat With Six Senses and sustainability practices.
Requirement:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field plus 4 or more years related experience, including management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Diploma in Catering or Business and more than five years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful food and beverage programs that meet or exceed revenue goals.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
