Description
We are currently seeking an organized and motivated Accounts Payable Manager to join our Property Management team. This role offers a competitive wage of $33.00 - $36.00 per hour. As an Accounts Payable Manager, you'll oversee and manage the entire accounts payable function within the property management company.

ey Responsibilities:
Overseeing payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers within established policy guidelines.
Implementing and enforcing proper financial controls throughout the department.
Overseeing the administration of all company credit card programs.
Supervising, hiring, training, evaluating, and developing accounts payable staff.
Implementing month-end procedures and reconciliation of accounts payable related accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
3+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or a related function.
Experience in property management industry preferred.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
Experience with computerized ledger systems.
