This position will share responsibility for coordinating Epic initiatives and regulatory projects. What's Available: Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE) Monday-Friday core business hours with on-call and off-hours support as needed Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for go-live support initiatives. Job Description: Configures, implements, supports and maintains applications and technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Is a subject matter expert on moderate to complex application and data integration issues. Serves as a coordinator and customer service representative between business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors. Major Responsibilities: 1. Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and provides end user support. 2. Monitors and Troubleshoot applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. 3. Apply knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others. Assists in performing moderate to complex business process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology. 4. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. A mentor to other colleagues. 5. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate risk and/or complexity. 6. Assists others in solving complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions. 7. Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service with large scale objectives; work is guided by functional policies. 8. Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view. 9. Use awareness of department and system initiatives and drives decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer. 10. Performs other duties as assigned.
