Schedule Weekly Hours: 40 Gundersen Health System is looking to grow our HR Technology team! We are looking to add a strong Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions expert to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your knowledge and business analyst skills to Gundersen to elevate our HR Technology solutions and department to the next level. This position will support our partners and will require a working understanding of design, configuration, testing, and reporting pertaining to Kronos WFC and UKG Dimensions. *This is a remote position but candidates must reside in Iowa, Minnesota, or Wisconsin at the time of hire. *Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT,...) is not available for this position now or in the future. What You'll Do: You will be responsible for assisting with the support of Kronos and the implementation of the UKG Dimensions platform, including requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live. Provide relevant and current functional and technical experience and UKG software expertise for change requests, improvements, updates and implementations. Knowledge of the technical aspects of software implementations such as configuration, data import/export, system integration and report writing is a plus. Qualified candidates will possess outstanding customer service skills as well as strong analytical skills. Job Description: Performs analysis of the daily use and administration of all Human Resources technology. Assists in the development, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration of HR applications programs and processes. Major Responsibilities: 1. Recommends improvements to strategy, application usage, or process. 2. Applies knowledge of the business process in various functional areas. 3. Analyzes the discovery and conceptual design work required to translate business needs into solutions and features. 4. Ensures data integrity, testing of issues and system changes, audits, analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities and completes documentation on system and various modifications. 5. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. 6. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. 7. Performs other duties as assigned.
