Job Overview

The positions will be based at Wadeville and the incumbent will report to the Senior Project Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in Project Planning

  • Help with drafting project plans, timelines, and milestones.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation.

  • Scheduling and Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and team discussions.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are progressing as planned.

  • Monitoring Project Progress

  • Track project deliverables and timelines using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.

  • Provide regular updates to the project manager on the status of tasks or issues that arise.

  • Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated project documentation such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and project logs.

  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports to update stakeholders on project progress.

  • Assisting with Budget and Resource Allocation

  • Help track expenses and budgets, ensuring costs are aligned with the project’s budget.

  • Support resource allocation by ensuring team members are assigned appropriate tasks and workloads.

  • Risk Management

  • Assist the project manager in identifying risks or bottlenecks in the project.

  • Help in documenting potential risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.

  • Stakeholder Communication

  • Support communication efforts by drafting emails, reports, or presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management.
