TEKsystems IT Specialist in Waimea, Hawaii

* ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE AND SECURITY+ ARE REQUIRED **

Description:

8-hour shifts. Interacts with the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction. Collects, identifies, defines and organizes detailed user and information technology requirements. Coordinates and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Assists information engineers on application of special knowledge to coding, testing, implementation and documentation projects.

Skills:

  • Help desk, Desktop, Active directory, Comptia, Hardware, Windows 7, troubleshooting, ticketing system, secret clearance, security+

  • 1-2 years of IT support experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must be autonomous and able to interact with high ranking officials.
