QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Graduate from a Physical Therapy Assistant program
Current licensure or ability to obtain as a Physical Therapy Assistant in practicing state and/or nationally certified
Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Current CPR certification
