We serve as a flex plant and are able to produce everything from a whole pasteurized egg to liquid, dried, hardboiled and curds.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Receptionist is integral to facilitating smooth operations within the organization. Responsibilities include interacting with employees, vendors, customers, and guests, both in-person and through various communication channels. Administrative duties such as managing incoming calls, organizing office logistics, handling mail, and ordering supplies are central to the role. Additionally, the Receptionist supports human resources initiatives, coordinates office events, and collaborates with various teams as needed. Core Responsibilities: Engaging with stakeholders courteously and professionally, whether in person, on the phone, or via email. Performing tasks such as answering phones, copying, faxing, and maintaining organizational systems. Handling mail distribution, managing UPS/FedEx shipments, and ensuring adequate office supplies and refreshments. Organizing company events and supporting project initiatives as required. Upholding safety protocols as a core value, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and reporting any concerns promptly. Collaborates with vending service providers to ensure vending machines are stocked appropriately with snacks and beverages, addressing any service issues promptly to meet organizational needs. Oversees the organization and tracking of egg donations, maintaining accurate records and coordinating logistics to support donors and recipients in compliance with relevant guidelines and confidentiality requirements. Being available for overtime, holiday shifts, and adapting to evolving job demands. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiar with general office equipment, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred). Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask effectively, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrates discretion with confidential information and maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Supporting human resources programs like orientation and special acknowledgments. Maintaining sanitary conditions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Adhering to quality practices and promptly reporting any issues related to food safety or product quality.
