Trinity Solar, the Northeast largest privately-owned solar integrator, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our growing roofing team. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for working alongside the Lead Project Manager to plan and execute projects, monitor various platforms and communicate with team members on status changes.
Roles & Responsibilities• Prepare roof permit documents as per municipality requirements.• Track and record roof permit applications on Trinity platforms. Update team members of status changes.• Review and communicate accounting requirements with the client for payment schedules.• Notify Trinity team members of payments and/or issues. Record on several platforms.• Define the roof project scope of work and Review potential obstructions to prepare for deliveries and installation.• Provide detailed project instructions to the installation partners, distribution partners, customers, and various other Trinity team members as needed.• Monitor project documents. Upload files and input information in programs.• Daily tracking of multiple projects during a variety of stages of the roof installation.• Review end-of-project photos and documents for accuracy and quality control.• Responsible for serving as a liaison to assist in troubleshooting issues involving a roof repair request.
Qualifications & Experience• Must be advanced/proficient in Microsoft Office 365• Excel and PowerPoint experience• Must have excellent communication skills- oral and written• Must be self-driven & highly motivated• Must have excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills• Must have excellent organizational skills• Must be flexible occasionally working a few weekend and evening hours• Must have designated workspace remotely with internet access• Must be able to travel to the corporate office
