Roles & Responsibilities Provides information and assistance with internal and external inquiries, including setting appointments and maintaining calendars. Maintain office records, databases and files. Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and cases. Receive invoices and approve for accuracy. Prepare accurate and detailed reporting. Qualifications & Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
